Evolution of a gallery wall …
From layout to hanging to lighting to labeling, one wall in our Malloy Gallery gives a sense of all that goes into preparing for an exhibition. This time, it’s the 2026 Mercer County Photography show, juried by Aubrey J Kauffman ! On view through October 11 at Trenton City Museum, this biennial exhibition features an array of works by 41 photographers from every corner of Mercer County, NJ. Come and see Thursday-Saturday 12-4 and Sunday 1-4. Reception is September 19, 2-4:30, with winners announced at3!

Today at 3: Find out who will receive the first-ever People's Choice Award and the TMS Purchase Award! Then, at 4, we bid adieu to Ellarslie Open 43. Many thanks to the 125 artists whose work, juried by Adam Welch, created a vibrant and varied exhibition these last three months. Artwork pick-up is today, 4-6, and Mon/Tues, 10-2!

Reminder to Mercer County photographers! Bring up to two pieces to intake tomorrow at Trenton City Museum from 9:30 am to 12 pm. 2026 Mercer County Photography show juror Aubrey Kauffman will select exhibiting pieces same day, and notifications will go out by day's end!

Hard to believe we're in the final weekend of Ellarslie Open 43, juried by Adam Welch. It's been a great show! Visit today through Sunday. And if you're at the show Sunday at 3pm, you'll find out the recipients of the People's Choice Award and the TMS Purchase Award!
Visit Thurs-Sat 12-4, Sun 1-4.
