Monday night Tremont 67 Fire Crew members spent the night cleaning up some trees and some winch operations training and stocking up on firewood for our soup sales.

Congratulations Lady's, parade will be coming through town approximately 830pm

Pine Grove Area wins the District XI 3A SOFTBALL title with a 10-0 win over Northern Lehigh.

Parade will start after Baccalaureate, approximately 8:00 PM.

Monday night training this week clearing trees

Sunday afternoon Tremont 67 Fire Crew members and a member from Muir Volunteer Fire Company ran some Rope Rescue evolutions. Crews hiked into the woods to locate a victim down a 100ft. embankment. The crew then used a dual tension system to lower a rescuer to the manikin then change to dual 3:1 haul systems to haul.

Tonight members worked on some lifting and stabilization evolutions with different tools from air bags, paratech and Kodiak struts and our first responder jacks. Our manakin has found himself in some messed up situations this past year.

This evening, members trained on using our lockout kit to access a vehicle in a simulated emergency scenario where a child was locked inside on a hot summer day. The lockout kit is intended strictly for emergency situations. We do not offer unlocking services for non-emergency situations. Typically, tow companies are equipped to manage non-emergency lockout situations.

Tonight Members attended training at Sacramento Fire Company on recognition and procedures on fire related fatalities. Thanks to and the Sacramento Community Fire Company for hosting this class.
