Screams In The Dark is looking for more volunteers!!! Join The Family...

Are you a freak....Feel like you don't quite fit in with "Normal" people? Do you have a love for Halloween, Scary Movies, Special effects, Haunted houses, scaring the hell out of people??? Then you have come to the right place!! We are always looking for more volunteers for our event each fall - We are looking for volunteers between the ages of 18-100+ that want to get involved in one of the largest haunted events in Northern Michigan. Whether you want to be an actor, guide, builder, or section lead we have a spot for you - So come join our twisted family.

Volunteers under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardians permission. We understand not all people can be there all days - we have many that volunteer for just a few days a year.

We have a great end of the year party - as well as prizes and incentives for those joining our twisted crew.......

Help us Decide - and WIN!!!

LADIES & GENTLEMAN!!! CONTEST TIME!!! Lets try this again....for some reason our last post was reported??? So here we go again!!! We are in the planning stages of this years event - and as many of our long time fans know we like to switch things around each year theme wise - This year would mark the return of "Grimfell Asylum" one of our most popular themes for the MAIN haunt....but would you rather see a different theme? Or should we maybe just increase the gore factor of the Asylum? Or maybe add a side theme to is like we did years ago when we did "Grimfell Asylum: The Infected" a zombie themed take on the asylum? VOLUNTEERS WANTED!!!! With Screams In The Dark gearing up for some big weekends we are on the lookout for 10-20 more volunteers to join the group - If you have ever wanted to work on a haunted attraction now is your chance!!! Give us a shout and we will provide you with information - or show up at the fairgrounds by 6pm any night we are open and let them know your there to volunteer!!!!
