Summer Day Camp pictures over the years! Since 2010, our Summer Day Camp has provided a fun, educational, spiritual, and safe place for hundreds of children to learn, grow and be cared for by our amazing and experienced staff.

We are excited to welcome 42 campers over this summer offering them fun, adventure, learning, and making new friends!

We want to thank our donors and grantors for offering scholarship support for families and children in need so every child has access to this program ♥️ The Salvation Army Great Lakes Division

The Salvation Army Traverse City team and Advisory Board extend our heartfelt gratitude to The Oleson Foundation for their grant award of $20,000 to be used towards our Food Programs that feed 28,000+ people in our community!

Food security is at an all time high throughout Michigan and our country. A record number of people have been coming through our doors weekly in need of using our Free Food Market, Free Community Lunch, and Food Pantry.

Thanks to our donors, community partners like Food Rescue of Goodwill Northern Michigan, annual food drives, grantors, and local foundations supporting our food programs, such as The Oleson Foundation, we are able to meet the increased need we are seeing here at our corps.

We are forever grateful and feel blessed for your steadfast support over the years that has enabled us to feed thousands of our neighbors in need!
