What an incredible afternoon at the Distinguished Service Award Luncheon hosted by Traverse Connect!

We were thrilled β€” and pleasantly surprised β€” when our very own Christal Frost-Anderson, Regional Director of OS Reentry Services at Networks Northwest, was honored with the Leadership Grand Traverse Alum Award! πŸ‘

Christal is an extraordinary asset to our community. From being a well-known media host and launching her new podcast, Currently, with Christal Frost, to passionately advocating for justice-involved individuals and supporting successful transitions after incarceration, her impact is truly inspiring. Her dedication to second chances, community connection, and compassionate leadership continues to change lives across Northwest Michigan.

We are honored to have Christal as part of our incredible team of community leaders. πŸ’™

Congratulations as well to all of the distinguished award recipients:
πŸ† Rising Star TCYP Member of the Year Award- Lt. Roger Craig with Michigan State Police
πŸ† Economic Impact Award β€” Interlochen Center for the Arts
πŸ† New Business of the Year Award β€” The Dandy TC
πŸ† Community Builder Award β€” Traverse City Horse Shows
πŸ† Distinguished Service Award β€” Ray Minervini, president of The Minervini Group

Ray was recognized for his visionary leadership behind The Village at Grand Traverse Commons, reminding us all that great communities are built with β€œart on the walls and music in the halls.”

Tears were shed, hugs were shared, and once again we were reminded why this is one of our favorite events of the year.

Thank you to Traverse Connect for hosting such a meaningful celebration and for recognizing Networks Northwest as the event drink sponsor! 🍡
