RIVERVIEW TERRACE IS NOW LEASING!

This downtown TC property is available for low income residents 62+ or with a disability. All apartments are one bedroom and have Project Based Vouchers through the Housing Commission. This means that tenants pay 30% of their income for rent. Minimum rent is $50 a month.

Laundry room on site. One pet allowed (under 25 lbs). Parking for tenants at building. ADA units available. All utilities included with rent.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Traverse City Housing Commission is looking for a responsible team member to conduct routine building and ground maintenance for its apartment communities. Duties include, but are not limited to, minor plumbing/electrical repairs, janitorial duties, painting and interior-exterior repairs. Must be available for rotating emergency, snow removal, and on-call responsibilities. Full-time position with starting hourly wage of $21-$25/hr (based on experience), with complete benefits package. TC Housing Commission applications may be accessed on the TCHC website.
