ROAD CLOSURES
*Beitner Road, between Williams Road and River Road.

Hammond Road, between Three Mile Road and Chartwell Drive (East Bay Township)
*Hammond Road, between Three Mile Road and Chartwell Drive, will be CLOSED to through traffic. Access to adjacent businesses and properties will be maintained.
*Work should take place between 7:00AM and 7:00PM.
*Please plan ahead, be patient and expect delays.
*Slow down where workers are present.
*Detour: Hammond Road → 3 Mile Road → US-31 → 4 Mile Road → Hammond Road

LANE CLOSURES

South Airport Road, Logan’s Landing (Garfield Township)
*The Eastbound Southern Lane will be closed starting Monday, October 12th, while crews perform slope stabilization at the Boardman River.
*Work should take place between 7:00AM and 7:00PM and is expected to last 2 weeks.
*Please plan ahead, be patient and expect delays.
*Slow down where workers are present.

Painting Crews will begin working on markings at Silver Lake Road and South Airport Road, Four Mile Road and Hammond Road, and High Lake Road and Supply Road starting at 3:00 today! Work should be completed by end of day tomorrow. Expect delays and slow down where workers are present.

Update on Skegemog:

Today - Wednesday, October 7th: Skegemog Point
*Crews will be striping the road starting at 10:00AM. Work is expected to last a few hours.
*DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH WET PAINT, CONES WILL BE PLACED ON FRESHLY PAINTED AREAS. PAINT WILL END UP ON YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU CHOOSE TO ATTEMPT THIS.

Road project updates across Grand Traverse County!

📍Starting Monday, October 12, one eastbound lane of South Airport Road through Logan’s Landing will be closed for roughly two weeks.

📍 Beitner Road Bridge
Work continues on the Beitner Road Bridge project. Crews are making steady progress, and we remain on track for completion before the end of the year.

📍 Hammond Road
Work continues on the Hammond Road project. With good weather we are still planning on completion of this project by the end of the month.

*There could be possible shoulder closures.
