What a joy it was to celebrate with Ms. Donahue's ESL class at their Greek Mythology Party last Friday!

This special event honored the students' success and growth throughout the school year. Students shared stories, food and aspects of their cultures while creating a welcoming and festive atmosphere for everyone in attendance.

Our students were exceptional hosts, graciously welcoming guests, serving delicious Greek food and demonstrating incredible hospitality. Their kindness, confidence, and pride in their learning were on full display.

Congratulations to Ms. Donahue and her students on a wonderful year and a memorable celebration of their accomplishments!

What a night to remember at Corson this past week!

Our band students absolutely amazed our audience with their talent, musicianship and growth. Their dedication and hard work were on full display as they delivered an outstanding performance that made our entire school community proud.

A special thank you goes to Mr. Downer and Mr. Peek for their commitment to developing young musicians. Their work not only helps students grow in skill, but also builds confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

Huge congratulations to our incredible Track and Field athletes and dedicated coaching staff on a phenomenal season! Your hard work, late nights, and endless grit paid off big time at Regionals with the Girls Team finishing as the Regional Runners-Up in 2nd place, and the Boys Team taking 3rd place overall.

Best of luck to our athletes who qualified and are moving on to compete against the best of the best at the Mega Star Meet!

Interested in Joining WEST SENIOR HIGH Color Guard?

Have you ever wanted to perform, dance, spin flags, and be part of an amazing team? Come learn what Color Guard is all about!

Students and parents are invited to attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, June 3 at 6:00 PM in the TC West Senior High Band Room. We'll share information about the upcoming season, explain what Color Guard does, discuss time commitments, and answer any questions you may have.

No previous experience is necessary—just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! Color Guard is open to students interested in performance, teamwork, and having fun while representing our school.

Titan Performance Training: Grades 5 - 12

Our Titan Performance Training staff is extremely excited to continue our training into the summer and years to come. All training sessions will take place in our Traverse City West High School Weight Room. Remember, Presence and Consistency are the two most important variables in our success together. It doesn’t matter what sport we play, we’ll get what we need by training together at our school.

Who: All 5th - 12th Grade Titan Athletes (Grades Entering Fall 2026)
When: Monday - Thursday, June 15th - July 30th

Congratulations to our double round of Titan Stars! We have so many incredible students at WMS that we get to celebrate TWO recognitions each week to round out the school year.

Middle School photography students took "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" to a whole new level. They recreated famous media covers using some of their own photography, art and editing skills.

Hosted by the generosity of China Fair, WMS ESL students and their NJHS tutors joined together to celebrate a year filled with food, fun, and friendship! 8th graders were honored for their contributions and each of them received a hand painted canvas crafted by younger classmates. It was a special day full of the beauty of community created by our Titans!

Today we celebrate our Titan Stars who were recognized by our staff for going above and beyond in our school community! These students consistently demonstrate kindness, leadership, responsibility and positivity in the classroom and beyond. Whether they are helping others, showing perseverance, or making WMS a better place each day, they represent what it means to be a Titan.
