Our Boys & Girls Cross Country Titan Cross Country Teams battled hard at Saturday's Shepard Invitational! Out of 18 teams, our Girls team placed FIRST, with our Boys team a solid SECOND place. Even more impressive, out of 260 runners, we had eight girls and seven boys take medals in the top 40. This is what hard work earns! Great job, Titans!

One of the many joys of learning a new language is experiencing the culture that brings it to life!

Students in Ms. Baehr’s German classes celebrated Oktoberfest by exploring traditional Bavarian clothing, including Dirndls and Lederhosen, learning about Lebkuchenherzen (gingerbread hearts), and playing traditional German games. Of course, no Oktoberfest celebration would be complete without delicious German food! Students enjoyed soft pretzels, bratwurst, Käsespätzle, and Apfelkuchen (apple cake).

What a fun and memorable way to bring language learning to life through culture, tradition, and a little taste of Germany!
