MyActiveCenter recently made an update on their end, which caused some of the links on our website to temporarily show a “This page can’t be reached” message.

We’ve updated our links and they should now be working! 🎉

✨ ANOTHER NEW CLASS IS COMING TO TRAVERSE CITY! ✨

Meet GYROKINESIS® — a full-body movement class designed to help you breathe, move, balance, and thrive!

Led by Mia Munroe, this unique class combines breath, focus, and rhythmic, flowing movements to help improve mobility, strength, balance, and ease of movement.

And don’t let the name intimidate you! 💗 GYROKINESIS® incorporates movements that can be done seated, standing, and on the floor, making it a wonderful way to explore movement in a whole new way.

We are aware that many of our members are currently experiencing issues when trying to register for classes through MyActiveCenter.com.

We have been advised to try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Turn your phone, tablet, or computer completely off and back on again
• Clear your browser history/cache
• Make sure your device and browser software are up to date
• After completing these steps, try accessing MyActiveCenter.com again

We understand how frustrating registration issues can be and appreciate your patience while these issues are being worked through.

🌿 NEW CLASS ALERT — QIGONG IS COMING TO TRAVERSE CITY! 🌿

We’re excited to welcome Five Element Qigong to the Senior Center Network this October!

Qigong combines gentle movement, breath work, and meditation to help improve balance, mobility, relaxation, and overall well-being. Whether you’re brand new to Qigong or have practiced before, this class is approachable for all experience and mobility levels. Movements can be done standing or seated, and no special equipment is needed.

✨ Led by Flora Biancalana, who has practiced Qigong for more than 15 years and taught for over 11 years.

🤠🌵 What a Wild West Fall Fest! 🌵🤠

What an incredible day on Friday! Our Wild West Fall Fest was filled with live music, dancing, giveaways, games, great food, and SO much fun. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make this event such a success!
