25 years ago to this moment (8:46AM) the course of American History was changed forever. The horrible events of this day effected every American, as the world came to a stand still... As Thousands of Friends, Neighbors, Family were lost and even more brave men and women answered the call in the hours and days to follow, let us never forget their sacrifice. Please take a moment today to observe a moment of silence in remembrance and let us continue to honor those lost on that tragic day.

UPDATE:
We seem to be getting conflicting information regarding today's route, as the runners may be escorted up West 7th Ave over to East 7th Avenue. This has not been confirmed but we keep hearing the rumor. Please be aware if you are planning on coming out.

Tomorrow Wednesday September 9th be part of the Journey!

More than 50 runners. 485 miles. One American flag carried every step of the way. One mission we will never forget.
This September, more than 50 runners will come together for an extraordinary journey from the Flight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, to the Pentagon, and ultimately to Ground Zero in New York City.
For the entire 485-mile relay, the American flag will never stop moving. Mile after mile, day and night, our runners will carry it forward while proudly wearing the red, white, and blue of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, the charity we are honored to support and raise money for throughout this journey.

Trappe if lucky enough to be part of the route (see the image below). Come out and line 5th Avenue at Trappe Fire Company No. 1 with flags and support. If you're an active runner join the Journey and continue with the procession. Estimated Arrival Time between 5:30 and 6:00PM

NEVER FORGET!
