We are extremely excited that our Wreaths Across America event at Parkwood Cemetery is rapidly approaching. As a reminder, volunteers to help unload the wreath delivery should arrive at 11:00 AM on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16th. Those who can volunteer the day if the event should arrive at 11:00 AM on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17th. Those who wish to attend the ceremony/event can arrive at 12:00 PM SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17th. The address is 3310 Taylor Ave, Baltimore, MD 21234. We look forward to seeing you there and having a wonderful day!

We hope everyone is off to a great start to the new year! 2021 was a challenging year for many and our mission is to provide help where we can. As we look forward to 2022, we would like to take a moment to reflect on some of the amazing events we were fortunate enough to sponsor and participate in last year. Our primary goal is to help the youth in our community grow and flourish. Participating in events like Truck-Or-Treat, Thanksgiving food drives, Wreaths Across America and Shop-With-A-Cop are what we are all about. Sponsoring other worthy foundations like Believe In Tomorrow Children’s Foundation, Scholarships, Local Boy Scout Troops and Local Law Enforcement and Fire Fighters is extremely rewarding. The Loch Raven Optimist Club would like to wish everyone a happy, healthy and prosperous 2022!!

LRO is so proud to sponsor Baltimore County “Shop With A Cop” every year. We are so grateful to participate after having to cancel last year due to Covid. Over 100 police officers and youth from the community shared an amazing day! Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday season!
