We have seen far too much development come in under the current administration.

So other developers are expected to do traffic studies...but a development that is 3X larger than this one is not 🤦🏽‍♀️

So many large developments coming into our town on our current administrations watch. ☹️

Residents can spend time, money & energy trying to make developers do the right thing, but if OUR TOWN doesn't enforce/require updated traffic & fire studies, school feasibility, storm water & contamination...it doesn't matter.

Wait, is this a joke?! Refund $12k in taxes? Viviano paid $48 last year. I really hope this is beyond the control of our town...we need to be fighting for our tax revenue.

Farmland statue (for selling just $500 worth of firewood) has saved them thousands upon thousands...while costing the Township thousands upon thousands in lost tax revenue.

If that wasn’t shady enough now we are refunding them.

We need our officials to stand up for us. The farm land status alone is laughable. We should be able to contest! 🛑✋🏽

We cannot state this enough. We are NOT against development but simply asking that it is proper and up to current codes and standards.

These plans are almost 20 years old.

It is our Town’s responsibility to make every effort to ensure builders and developers do everything up to current codes and standards.

We must make sure we are diligent. Old studies, old plans, old relationships....must be buried.

Updated traffic, fire safety, stormwater, contaminant and school feasibility are not requests.

THESE SHOULD BE REQUIREMENTS.

It has been decades since studies have been done. They MUST be updated. It is the responsible and reasonable thing.

Mayor and Planning Board, this is your legacy. In 20 years will you look back knowing you did everything possible to ensure responsible development?

I do not believe all of you could answer yes at this point.

It is not too late.
