Exciting news, sewists, crafters, and learners! 🧵

Classes at the Milford St. Textile Mill are now more flexible. You can now purchase a six-session pass and choose the dates that work for you over twelve weeks. No need to commit to consecutive weeks.

Beginning Sewing for Adults
$260 / 6 sessions
Learn the fundamentals of sewing while working on projects at your own pace. Your six-session pass lets you choose the Tuesday evenings that work for you over a twelve-week period. All supplies and equipment provided.

Sewing Studio for Adults
$240 / 6 sessions
Bring your own sewing project and work with guidance when you need it. Your six-session pass lets you mix and match Thursday evenings and Friday mornings over a twelve-week period.

Bring your project. All notions and equipment provided.

Sewing & Crafting for Kids, Ages 8-12
$180 / 6 sessions
Learn to sew, embroider, appliqué, and explore other textile crafts in a creative hands-on studio. The six-session pass lets kids choose six Tuesday afternoons over twelve weeks.

Madison County is currently conducting a countywide community survey as part of the development of Madison County’s new Economic Development Strategy, in conjunction with the Madison County Industrial Development Agency (MCIDA).

The Economic Development Strategy will establish a shared vision and actionable priorities that will strengthen Madison County’s economy and guide economic development decisions, investments, and priorities over the next decade. As one of our community partners we value your insight. We also value the input of your clients, patients, local business partners, individuals and families you support, and employees. Please help us by sharing the survey with them as well.

Whether you live in Madison County, work here, own a business, visit regularly, or have another connection to the county, your perspective is important. The information gathered through this survey will help identify community strengths, better understand current challenges, and shape strategies that support a strong and resilient economy while preserving the qualities that make Madison County unique.

🚶‍♂️🥧 Save the Date! 🥧🚶‍♀️

Hamilton's Third Annual Lebanon Street Pie Walk and Fall Fair takes place Saturday, September 26, from 12 to 3 pm!

This has been such a special event for our community, and we are so excited for year three!

Lebanon Street will be closed to traffic and open to pedestrians only throughout the event, beginning around 11 am.

Shops and local business owners will be hosting outdoor games and pop-ups.

Never participated in a Pie Walk before? Think musical chairs, but EVERY player wins a pie! Tickets to participate in the Pie Walk will be available for purchase at the start of the event for $20. There is a limited number available.

Plus, enjoy live music from Clove!

New in town? The Zen Den Inc is Hamilton's premier Pilates & Yoga studio, founded in 2014 and located at 27 Lebanon Street.

The Zen Den Inc. is officially adding Sculpt & Sweat to the group class schedule starting on Wednesday, September 9th!

You can get a preview next Wednesday, September 2nd at 12 pm in place of Mat Pilates, taught by their newest instructor, Katelynn Brooker.

Katelynn has been a certified group fitness instructor for 2 years and has taught Ripped Pilates at Crunch Fitness!

We are looking for individuals and businesses who would like to set up a table at our Third Annual Fall Fair and Pie Walk on Lebanon Street!

The Pie Walk takes place this year on Saturday, September 26, from 12 pm to 3 pm. The street will be shut down and transformed into a block party celebrating autumn! This event brings tons of foot traffic downtown.

Vendors are expected to set up around 11 am and can break down their tables after 3 pm. The vendor fee is waived for Chamber members; non-Chamber members pay a $25 table fee.

Don't miss Fiver Children's Foundation, Inc. Annual Fall Fest!

Celebrate the season at Fiver’s Annual Fall Fest, a beloved tradition that brings together friends, families, and neighbors from across Central New York for an evening of fun, food, and community. Held at beautiful Camp Fiver, the event is a chance to connect, make memories, and support a cause that uplifts local youth.

Enjoy live music, festive food, and the joy of being together all while supporting Fiver’s year-round and summer programs for Central New York youth.

This year, they've added a special after party at the Pavilion, a great way to keep the good times going after dinner and the raffle drawing!

5 pm - 8 pm: Dinner, live music, raffle, remarks from Central NY Fiver youth and Camp Fiver leadership

8 pm - 10 pm: After Party under the stars with DJ, beer/wine open bar and s'mores!
