This a notice to the customers of the Tower City Borough Authority.
We want you to be aware that our water supply is gradually decreasing due to lack of substantial rainfall.
We request that all customers attempt to reduce water consumption as much as possible as our water supply drops.

📢 Important Announcement from Tower City Borough Authority 📢

Effective June 1st-August 21st the TCBA water office will have adjusted summer hours. The PHYSICAL office will be closed Tuesday's and Thursday's but will still be available for calls (717-647-4483) and emails ([email protected]). The office WILL BE OPEN normal hours Monday, Wednesday, 9a-3p and Friday 9a-2p. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

‼️Attention‼️The Tower City Borough Authority is issuing a precautionary boil water advisory due to the structure fire in the 500 block of East Colliery Ave. This advisory will be in effect for Tower City Borough, Sheridan, Reinerton, and Orwin. Muir and the Williams Valley School District are NOT affected.

The Tower City Borough Authority will be transitioning from the current blue postcard bills to a new tri-fold bill format. This update is part of our effort to improve clarity, provide more detailed information, and enhance overall communication with our customers.

What to expect:

Your bill will now arrive as a tri-fold document instead of a postcard
The new format will include additional details about your account and charges
Mailing schedules and due dates will remain the same
Please keep an eye out for the new bill design in your upcoming billing cycle. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our office.
