🎓 Congratulations to the Towanda Area High School Class of 2026! 🎓

Tonight marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of countless new opportunities. On behalf of the Towanda Rotary Club, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to all of this year’s graduates and wish each of you success, happiness, and fulfillment in whatever path lies ahead.

We would also like to offer special recognition to the outstanding students selected as our Rotary Top 10. Your dedication, hard work, leadership, and commitment to academic excellence have distinguished you among an exceptional graduating class. We were honored to celebrate your achievements and look forward to seeing the positive impact you will make in your communities and beyond.

As you leave Towanda High School and begin your next adventure, remember that your hometown is proud of you and will always be cheering you on.

What a beautiful evening to spend beautifying Towanda. 🌸☀️

Tonight, members of Rotary came together to get the flowers planted on the Towanda bridge, and we couldn’t have asked for better weather or better company. There’s something special about working side by side to help make our town look a little brighter for everyone who calls it home or passes through.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out, dug in, and helped make it happen. Be sure to take a drive or walk across the bridge and enjoy the view this summer! 🌺🇺🇸

This week, the Rotary Club had the honor of recognizing the Top 10 students from Towanda Area High School during our annual Top 10 Dinner. We are incredibly proud to celebrate these outstanding students and their hard work, dedication, and achievements both inside and outside the classroom.

It was truly our pleasure to recognize such an impressive group of young leaders, and we look forward to seeing all they accomplish in the future.

We are so honored to share in this event each year with Bradford County YMCA

We are so grateful for our community partnerships and collaborations that support so many of our programs at the YMCA. We can do so much because of all of you. Thank you Towanda Rotary for once again supporting our Annual Wine, Beer and Music Festival. We had so much fun and are working towards bigger things in the future. 💜💵💃🏽🕺🏻🎤

Last night we had a beautiful evening at Villa Sena hosting our Annual Officer Induction Dinner and bidding a very sad farewell to our French Exchange Student, Bertille.

Bertille heads back to France this weekend and will be greatly missed. It was an incredible pleasure for us all to have the opportunity to get to know her!

Additionally, our newest officer inductions were completed with District Governor Tim Genetti inducting Kyle Lane as President and Lacey Maryott as Secretary of the Towanda Rotary Club.

Not able to be present were Vice President Marissa Berthiaume and Treasurer John Secor.

We were joined by a few special members of the Troy, Sayre/Athens and Wyalusing Rotary Clubs as well as other members of our Leadership from within our district.

Finally we were also joined by one of the students our club sent to the recent Rotary Youth Leadership Awards conference. Sarah Grey is a student at Northeast Bradford. She shared some of her favorite experiences! Stay tuned for more details in a later post! It was a beautiful evening with great food and great company!!
