Today is National Canine Veteran's Day.

Dogs were officially made a part of the U.S. Armed Forces on Mar. 13, 1942, during the U.S. Army’s War Dog Program, according to American Humane Association.

Join us in giving thanks and honoring these loyal canines who have served in so many ways. 🐾🐾
