Effective October 1, 2025, the California Clean Air Vehicle (CAV) Decal Program will officially conclude. On this date, all CAV decals will expire, and CAV discounts on the I-10 and I-110 ExpressLanes will no longer be available. Please note that discounts for CAV decals offered by other California toll facilities may also end at that time.
