Hey, friends! I’d like to introduce you to Cera! You may have seen this senior photo in the newspaper and thought to yourself, “That grad belongs in a library!” Honestly, we thought the same thing. So we hired her. 📚✨
Cera is a recent graduate of Yates Center High School and she’s already become such a fun, positive part of your favorite little library. She’s always smiling, always laughing, and somehow survived cleaning out Ms. Jessie’s Storage Closet of Doom to make room for summer reading prizes on her first day. That should qualify her for some kind of award.
This summer, Cera will be helping with Thursday youth programs, subbing as needed, sprinkling her creativity around, and learning the ins and outs of library life before she heads off to college this fall. She already created a handful of our summer flyers in record time! With younger siblings, a great sense of humor, and the patience of a saint, we already know she’s going to be wonderful with our library kids. If you see her around the library, make sure to say hi and welcome her to the chaos!
