Provide employment opportunities and options to develop career ready Service Members, prepared/resilient Family Members, and successfully transitioned members integrated with their community. In other words, ESP will pri

marily focus on helping National Guard and Reserve Service Members, Veterans and Family Members (SMVFMs) improve their employment situation.
• Continue to partner with ESGR and KansasWorks to coordinate resources, services and referrals
• Help promote Military focused employment events and job opportunities
• Increase employer awareness on the value of hiring skilled and trained members of the National Guard and Reserve
