FEAT is an interactive, supportive, and empowering experience designed for:

Anyone who supports them on their journey to employment
This is your chance to explore what’s possible for the future—together.
During FEAT, you will:
Hear real stories from youth and young adults who are working and thriving
Discover strengths, interests, and future goals
Learn how employment can work while keeping needed benefits
Connect with agencies and people ready to support the youth and young adult’s journey
Explore education and community supports and resources that help youth gain and maintain employment
✨ Special CHASE Youth Sessions give youth and young adults their own space to build confidence, set goals, and explore their passions in a fun and engaging way.
You’ll also hear from two inspiring panels:
Youth & Young Adult Panel sharing real-life success stories
Agency Panel with experts from Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), Pre-ETS, the Workforce Center, the Center for Independent Living, and Benefits Specialists
