What happens when a management issue turns into a legal issue?
County supervisors, department heads, administrators, elected officials, and staff deal with difficult situations every day: employee concerns, documentation questions, public conflict, grievances, workplace conduct, safety issues, and knowing when to involve HR, the county counselor, law enforcement, or outside counsel.
KAC’s Legal Aspects of Management course is designed to help county leaders think through those situations before they escalate.
A few seats are still available for tomorrow’s class.
