Cedar Crest-Kansas Governor's Residence Cedar Crest is the official residence for Kansas governors. The home is open for tours 1 to 3:30 p.m. Mondays. This page is managed by The Friends of Cedar Crest.

Cedar Crest was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. It is the smallest governor’s residence in the country, around 6,000 square feet, but resides on the largest plot of land.
