I hope this email finds you well. We are a team of researchers at the University of Kansas and are conducting a study to explore gaps in healthcare quality and interpreting services among the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community throughout the United States.
We are currently seeking participants for this study, specifically Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind, or Late-Deafened adults and their caregivers.
The goal of this study is to better understand the challenges faced by these individuals in accessing healthcare facilities and interpreting services, with the aim of informing widescale improvements in care quality. Please note that participation in this study is completely voluntary. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes. To thank you for your time, all participants will be entered into a drawing to possible win one of ten $100 Amazon gift cards. Your insights will make a meaningful contribution to research and practice, helping to improve healthcare experiences for the deaf and hard of hearing community.
If you are interested in participating in this study, please complete the screening questionnaire to determine your eligibility. Once eligibility is established, you can begin survey.
