Today, KOEC Director Christi Smith published an op-ed in the Kansas City Star about what the opening of KOEC means for all Kansans.

Christi has spent over 20 years working inside Kansas' early childhood system. She’s seen families fall through the gaps, and providers discouraged by red tape. KOEC exists to change that.
