We ARE conducting operations today on the South Range in the Rush Valley, which could produce noise and shaking. South Range operations will start no earlier than 11:00 a.m.

We ARE conducting operations on the North Range which could produce some noise and/or smoke in the Tooele Valley. North Range operations could occur from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

In a ceremony at this morning, Dustin Dorman, Program Manager, Manufacturing Division, Industrial Ops, was awarded the Civilian Service Commendation Medal by Col. Luke R. Clover, TEAD commander, for exceptional service.

Dustin was recognized for exceptional leadership during a period of significant financial constraints. During a government shutdown resulting in a $7 million shortfall of a $12 million budget, he demonstrated outstanding strategic management, skillfully allocating the remaining funds to ensure project continuity and keeping personnel productively engaged.

His performance of duty is in keeping with the highest traditions of Government Service and reflects great credit upon himself, TEAD, Joint Munitions Command, U.S. Army Materiel Command, and the U.S. Army.

In a brief ceremony at this morning, Craig Rydalch, Toolmaker Supervisor in the Machine Shop, Industrial Ops, was awarded the Civilian Service Commendation Medal by Col. Luke R. Clover, TEAD commander, for exceptional service.

Craig was instrumental in ensuring the Machine Shop met its production goals despite significant hiring restrictions. His initiative to train employees from other organizations in specialized trades including welding, painting, and machining was critical to seamlessly meeting the mission, contributing to the success of programs important to TEAD revenue.

His performance of duty is in keeping with the highest traditions of Government Service and reflects great credit upon himself, TEAD, Joint Munitions Command, Army Sustainment Command, U.S. Army Materiel Command, and the U.S. Army. Congratulations, Craig!
