🚨 Missing the HD29 Race on Your Primary Ballot? If you're not seeing this race, there are two likely reasons:
✅ 1. You're not registered as a Republican.
Utah uses a closed primary system. Because HD29 is a Republican primary race, voters registered as Independent, Unaffiliated, or with another political party will not see this race on their ballot.
✅ 2. You received one of the misprinted ballots.
A printing error resulted in nearly 9,000 incorrect ballots being mailed in portions of Tooele County. Corrected ballots have been printed and mailed. Watch your mailbox for a replacement ballot if yours was affected.
🗳️ Want to Vote in the Republican Primary but Aren't Registered Republican?
You still can.
Simply vote in person on Primary Election Day — Tuesday, June 23.
Bring:
• A valid photo ID
• A document showing your current address (such as a utility bill, bank statement, or other official mail)
Election workers can help you affiliate with the Republican Party at the polling location, print the correct ballot, and allow you to cast your vote.

• About 25,000 are registered voters
• Around 15,000 vote during Presidential elections
