New compensation investments support employee retention, strengthen recruitment efforts, and recognize the educators and support staff who help sustain excellence across Madison County Schools
HUNTSVILLE, AL — The Madison County Board of Education unanimously approved a new employee salary schedule Thursday evening that includes support employee longevity supplements and targeted compensation investments designed to recognize and reward the years of dedicated service Madison County School System employees invest in the students, schools, and communities they serve.
