Our annual fund drive has begun for fire company donations. You may have gotten a letter in the mail recently, but if you haven’t already, we are always accepting donations to help provide services to the community. All our firefighters are 100% volunteer, so donations keep our company up and running. Thank you for your kindness!

We would like to acknowledge the heroic actions of one of our newest junior firefighters. Caelob stayed calm while using his knowledge and skills to help a neighbor in need. Well done Caelob!

We couldn't be prouder of Kenmore East High School senior Caelob Wilkins, who is credited with literally saving his neighbor's life. Caelob, who currently interns with the Town of Tonawanda Paramedics and takes part in the Erie 1 BOCES Health Careers Program, was at home on Saturday, June 13th when he learned that his neighbor had experienced a critical issue with her dialysis machine which caused extensive bleeding from her femoral artery. Caelob and his parents immediately rushed over to her home, finding her unconscious. Caelob stayed calm and took charge of the situation, using the skills he has learned from his education and training to apply a tourniquet to stop the bleeding until paramedics could arrive.
