📢 COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Community Cultural Center is moving to a stand-by status for evacuation shelter services.

REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS RESUME
MONDAY–FRIDAY | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

While we are moving out of active shelter operations, we remain committed to helping our neighbors who are affected by the emergency.

Tonasket-Oroville Disaster Relief (TODRT) will complete your intake, and the Community Cultural Center will provide your shelter. Once your intake is completed, we will help get you settled here at the Center.

Our community has been through so much these past few days.

Many of us are still trying to process everything that has happened. Some are grieving heartbreaking losses. Others are realizing just how close they came to losing everything. We're surveying the damage, helping our neighbors, and trying to let the reality settle in—all while knowing this isn't quite over yet.

But through it all, we've also seen our community come together in incredible ways. We've mourned together, supported one another, and stepped up to help friends, neighbors, and strangers alike.

We wanted to check in and let you know that we are still here. Our doors are open, and we have resources available. We are committed to serving our community in any way we can.

🍽 Community Meals
We will be serving meals throughout the week:
• Breakfast – 9:00 AM
• Lunch – 12:00 PM
• Dinner – 7:00 PM

Everyone is welcome. Please come join us for a meal, a friendly face, or simply a place to be together.

💻 Virtual Community Meeting
Tonight at 7:00 PM we will host a watch party for Cal Fires virtual community meeting. If you're unable to attend in person, we'll post the meeting link here and share it again later today.

❤️ Resources Available
The Tonasket Disaster Relief Team is still here to help anyone affected by the fire. If you've experienced any loss—even something as small as a fence post—please stop by to learn about the resources and assistance available.

Thanks to the generosity of our community:

Community Auction has donated essential food boxes for those affected.
Lee Frank's Mercantile has donated bags of essential supplies.

Please don't hesitate to come see us for food, resources, support, or simply a welcoming place to connect.

Finally, thank you to everyone who has come together during this difficult time. Whether you've donated supplies, volunteered your time, prepared meals, or simply checked in on a neighbor, your kindness is making a real difference.

If you have donations for fire victims, you can bring them to the Cultural Center anytime.

Clothing donations should be taken to The Tiger Way on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.

We are stronger together, and we'll continue walking through this one day at a time.
