William B. Harlan Memorial Library

William B. Harlan Memorial Library opened in 1966 to become the public library of Tompkinsville, KY in Monroe County. In addition to normal library services, we offer copy and printing services, faxes, scans, patron computers, and free wi fi. We have a dedicated genealogy room and can assist you in your family history search. We host book clubs as well as have a myriad of activities for all ages throughout the year.
