TRIVIA HINT - For years I have worn a neckerchief slide in honor of the first restaurant in the Tombstone area, opened by Joseph Isaac “Ike” Clanton in 1878, a year before the townsite of Tombstone was founded. Great job Pamela Fuller Potter, you were first to come up with the answer to the trivia question, name of Ike’s restaurant?

This original Knott’s Berry Farm Calico Mine Ride mannequin named “Don” still doesn’t see the light of day. After 50 years on display at Knott’s he was removed during a ride renovation. He has now moved on to another attraction in Tombstone Arizona. He can be seen through the window of a burning building on the “Tombstone Ghosts & Legends Tour”. Our walk-through attraction is located inside Ike Clanton’s Haunted Hotel, 426 Allen Street, in the heart of Tombstone. We are open 7 days a week 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Very few of these figures have ever been sold by Knott’s Berry Farm. We very proud and honored to display this original character that we all grew up with at Knott’s. Our “Tombstone Ghosts & Legends Tour” walk-through attraction is full of history, nostalgia, fun and ghosts!
