Please review the battery disposal requirements and guidance listed below. Improperly disposed batteries continue to pose a significant fire risk within the waste and recycling industry. The Department of Natural Resources recommends recycling many battery types by taking them to a drop-off site. Batteries should never go in household recycling bins. For more information visit dnr.wi.gov and search "batteries"

💦Tomah Water Department will be conducting their Semi-Annual Flushing Program next week, April 13th 2026-April 17th, 2026. This process will begin at the South end of the City limits and will progress North. After the mains have been flushed it is suggested that the cold-water taps in the hosue be opened wide to flush out any colored water that may be in the service lines.

UPDATE: ROAD IS BACK OPEN

❗️⚠️ TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE❗️⚠️
Due to maintenance at the Dam, Williams St - Noth St. is currently temporarily closed. An update will be posted once the maintenance is completed and the road has opened back up.
