Good morning, Grayson County Commissioners Court voted to enact a burn ban effective this morning until September 30, 2026. This can be canceled if conditions improve or extended if conditions do not improve. Always call grayson county dispatch non emergency number before you burn. They will let you know if you can or can not burn, because there are times outside of a burn ban you can not burn. Stay safe.

On Friday July 24 and Friday July 31 the Fire Department will be at the city park at 10am to 11am to have water wars with the kids. So if you want to have a little fun during the heat come on out and bring your water guns, buckets and let's have a little fun before school starts back.
