6 years ago at the age of just 23 I ran for city council for the first time with nothing more than this simple flyer.

I still hold the same love and passion for our town today as I did back then.

With our election just 11 days away, I urge everybody to get out and vote and ask for your continued support as I seek the position of Mayor for our city in this election.

It's time for a change.

Our town is not immune to crime just because we're small. This is just another reason and example of how important it is that our police department have adequate equipment to work with.

The FBI is investigating a bank robbery in Tom Bean Friday morning.

There are 9 different locations you can early vote at here in Grayson for both the presidential and local elections.

I have enjoyed my time serving this city on the city council and look forward continuing to serve this city after November 3rd.

In light of a recent event that has only been announced during a meeting that was not filmed due to a "technical failure," I am going to have to respectfully decline attending a candidate forum scheduled for October 5th.

Not only was the event never agreed upon, it has yet to be advertised for anybody to know about, and was soley organized by a very avid supporter of my opponent which includes time, place, questions, and moderator.

I will gladly attend any event held by a fair and unbiased party, which has been offered from my understanding, but, for whatever reason, never pursued.

The proposed budget received for the year 2020-2021 was $6,013 less than the previous year for police expenses and included a $6,387 cut our officers had asked for to replace a 10 year old, high mileage truck.

I'm proud to have voted against the proposed budget and was able to get money moved back to our police department before agreeing to the budget.

Actions speak louder than words.

There will be a Trump rally/parade starting in Tom Bean going to Whitewright and back! Please bring your tractor, Jeep, truck, trailers, sports car, and rat rods!

This will be a big event with special guest speakers that you won't want to miss!

Last and certainly not least, I'd like to give a SPECIAL THANKS to Larry Jones and Ricky Chitwood for working so hard to make this special event happen! This is what community leadership and organization is all about!

This is the number of permits issued for our city in 2020 for new home builds.

Rather than proposing the tax rate to the highest possible rate without requiring voter approval as proposed last night in a special called meeting, I believe it would be more beneficial to work with local home builders to bring houses to these lots that have sat vacant for many years.

This would generate more revenue for the city for years to come without putting all the burden on current residents year after year.
