United Sisters was birthed November 21, 2006 by Rashieda Timpson for the purpose of women coming together and encouraging one another by our experiences and through the word of God. Far too long women have become territorial, adopted a mission to try and outdo the next, and has been involved with putting each other down by our words and actions toward each other. Our purpose should be to unite tog

ether and encourage one another with our words and our deeds. When women are united we have the ability to provoke change, for example when women fought for the right to vote, equal rights, and better paying jobs. We need to adopt the moto that if one women is down, we all are down, when one become successful we all are successful to move the mission of unity among each other forward. Many of us have or will face challenging issues and circumstances but we must be assured that we will come out of it victorious with God on our side. We strive to be better mothers, daughters, wives, friends, and leaders as God direct our paths and give us knowledge and the initiative to do so. We need to rise up and know our worth that we are precious in God’s sight we are beautiful, successful, intelligent, creative, anointed, and innovated. We are major key players in this world and we need to work together to make positive changes in our lives and in the lives of others. –Rashieda F.
