Mid - County Cav Firemanship

The Mid-County Firemanship Initiative unifies the fire service through shared language and training.

Focused on apparatus deployment, forcible entry, Max Fire Box training, and water movement, it builds teamwork, consistency, and a safer fireground. Mid County Cav Firemanship was created to unify the fire service by reducing division and ensuring everyone operates with the same language. That mission is driven through training, focused on - hose deployment, moving and flowing water effectively, forcible entry, and the Max Fire Box training, - building consistency, teamwork and a safer more efficient fire ground.
