🌱💚 Growing with Little Learners! 💚🌱

This week was all about getting our hands dirty, moving our bodies, and watching little minds grow!

🌈 Foam pit story time
🥕 Veggie-inspired yoga poses to stretch and move
🫛 Sensory bin exploration full of scooping, sorting, and discovering
🪴 Decorating flower pots and planting our very own seeds
✂️ Fine motor cutting practice to strengthen little hands
🍫 And of course, we wrapped up with a delicious dirt pudding snack!

Every activity was designed to build confidence, creativity, and developmental skills through PLAY. 💛

✨ We can’t believe next week is our final Little Learners session! We’re so excited to celebrate one last morning of learning, laughter, and making memories with all of our amazing little friends. 🌼 See you there!

Today we are celebrating a very special DOT friend who has become such a sweet part of our story.

DJ and his family have spent so much time with us during our first year, from open play days to special events and everything in between. We have had the joy of watching him grow, build confidence, try new things, and make DOT part of his world.

His mom has called DOT their “happy place,” and we truly do not take that lightly. That is exactly why DOT exists. To be a place where children feel safe, loved, celebrated, and free to grow in their own way.

DJ, you bring so much joy every time you walk through our doors, and we are so grateful to be even a small part of your life.

Please help us wish DJ the happiest 4th birthday! 💙🎈

Pay What You Can is available by online reservation only.
Minimum payment is $1 per child, and spots are limited.
We will still accept walk-ins tomorrow as space allows, but walk-in guests will be charged regular admission or may use a valid play pass. The Pay What You Can option will not be available at the door.

Up, Up & Away with Little Learners! 🎈☁️

Today’s session was full of movement, listening, and learning!

🎈 Gross Motor Activity: We started with Keep Up the Balloon, working on coordination, body awareness, and keeping our balloons in the air.

👂 Listening & Transitions: We practiced lining up and using our listening ears as we headed to the sensory room together.

🌈 Sensory Station: Our little learners took turns, followed directions, explored different textures, and weren’t afraid to get a little messy!

✂️ Fine Motor Craft in the Café: We finished with a hands-on craft focused on hand strength, fine motor skills, following directions, and raising our hands to participate.

So proud of our little learners for practicing teamwork, patience, and independence while having fun! 💙✨
