Better Lucas County 2012 A Better Lucas County 2012 In 2011 a citizen study of Lucas County government was conducted by 35 Volunteers. The group also interviewed government officials.

This group met weekly for one year and reviewed government budget, state law and other government functions. At the conclusion of their study, the Citizens Group recommended a new CHARTER for our community: Home rule for Lucas County. Given the profound need for resources to support this recommendation and make it a reality, we urge you to join us in support of A Better Lucas County.
