Tolar Volunteer Fire Department THE BURN BAN IS ON Tolar VFD is 100% volunteer 100% of the time.

We have about 30 members and provide Fire and EMS protection to a 150 square mile area in the Southwestern part of Hood County.

Shout out and special thanks to Coleton Wilson, owner of Box L Plumbing. He and his crew did an awesome job installing water spigots in the bays at Tolar Fire Station 90 in Tolar. They also installed the plumbing at our new Station 91 in the Paluxy area. Their honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, and generosity are second to none. If you need a plumber, call these guys. You won't be disappointed.
