The trial set to begin on Tuesday, August 4 has been continued to another court date. Jurors who are scheduled to appear are excused summons will be re-issued for the
next trial.
August 3 through August 14 the Tok court will only be staffed on Tuesdays from 10 AM to 3 PM. Please contact the Delta Junction Court at 907-895-4211 if you need assistance. Court hearings will be held telephonically meeting IDs are posted on a sign at the court. You can also get meeting IDs by contacting the Court or by contacting your attorney.

Normal business hours will resume 8:30 AM on August 17.

Jurors in the Upper Tanana Area Juror 233 to 307

There WILL be a trial beginning TUESDAY AUGUST 4th at 9:30 am. Jurors who were summonsed need to be here by 9:30 am.

Please call on Monday August 3rd after 4:30 pm for further instructions. 907-883-5171 option 2

Unless you have received WRITTEN notice that you have been excused by the court, you must appear. At this time the only accepted excuses are for confirmed a doctor’s appointment or airline reservations; proof needs to be shown in writing to the court. If you need an excuse for another reason, please write a letter to the court and it will be forwarded to the judge for consideration. You cannot be excused unless a written request is filed with the court and approved by the judge. All qualified jurors, # 233 to 307 (pink summons) are summoned to serve as a juror for a trial set to begin the week of August 3rd . This trial is expected to last less than a week, Summonses were sent on July 24th by US mail and email. Your service number is on the email. Please call on Friday July 31st after 4:30 pm for further instructions. 907-883-5171 option 2

YOU CANNOT BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCUSAL UNLESS A QUESTIONNAIRE IS COMPLETED AND FILED WITH THE COURT.

The trial is set to begin on June 29th. Jurors need to be at the court at 9:30 am.

All qualified jurors, # 158 to 231, are summoned to serve. Unless you have received an excusal in writing you must appear.

At this time any requests for excusal will be taken up on record.

The trial is set to begin on June 29th at 9:30 am and should only be a 2-day trial.
All qualified jurors, # 158 to 231, are summoned to serve Summonses were sent on June 11th by US mail and email. Your service number is on the email. Please call on Friday June 26th after 4:30pm, to check trial status. 907-883-5171 option 2
