👷‍♂️ We're Breaking New Ground 🚧

Tomorrow from 5–7 PM, we’ll mark a major milestone: the groundbreaking of our new FAITH's Power House and Healing Barn [390 Rockford Cove Road off of Highway 441 in Mt. Airy]. It’s the beginning of a bold new chapter for our organization and the communities we serve. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this possible, and filled with excitement as we take this powerful next step forward. Stay tuned—we can’t wait to share the journey ahead.

F.A.I.T.H.'s Power House has been buzzing with cases and outreach this month! We kicked off the month in Stephens County at the annual Hope Walk against Domestic Violence, where Ann Taylor shared her heartfelt personal testimony—like a lighthouse guiding others through dark waters.

We also participated in the Stephens County Fun Fest resource fair and a huge thank you to everyone who visited us at the Habersham E911 Fun Fest. It felt like a candy parade as we connected with so many kids and handed out tons of treats!

But the month isn’t over yet! Tomorrow, we’ll be swinging into action at the United Way Golf Tournament, and on October 29th, you can find us at Chick-fil-A in Toccoa for Trunk or Treat. It’s shaping up to be a month filled with community connection and support!

We are excited to announce that we are hosting another Stopping Violence Breakfast this year. We are even more excited to welcome Seth Gehle, speaker, author, veteran, and survivor as he shares his heartbreaking story and ability to rise from the ashes.

In the wake of the senseless murder on the campus of UGA, the Rabun County Sheriff's Office is taking the proactive step of providing High School Juniors and Seniors AND any level College Students with the opportunity to attend a FREE Situational Awareness Class on Saturday 3/16/24 at either 9am or 11am at the Sheriff's Office located at 56 Boen Creek Rd in Tiger.
