Reminder that the City is seeking input from residents in the South Street and De Leon area neighborhoods through a community survey aimed at identifying priority needs. We want to ensure we have robust community feedback. The information collected through the survey will help guide the development of the City's CDBG 2027-2032 Consolidated Plan and upcoming annual Action Plan, as well as support the creation or update neighborhood plans and other future community planning efforts.
We encourage all residents to complete the survey.

The Neighborhood Services Department with the City of Titusville is conducting a survey to identify priority needs in low and moderate income neighborhoods within Titusville. The data will be used to develop the City's 2027-2031 CDBG Consolidated Plan.
This first survey is for those residents that live in the South Street Target Area as defined in the attached map.
There will be additional surveys for other neighborhoods coming soon.

The Harry T. Moore Social Service is pleased to announce a partnership with Unconditional Love for on site HIV/HCV testing services.

This service will be available during the mobile unit event on Monday, May 11th and Monday, June 8th here at the Center between 12noon and 3pm.
