Today we celebrated a man who has meant a lot to all of us—Nicky Leland.

Nicky isn’t just someone who showed up and did his job. He’s been the kind of person you could count on every single day. Whether it was stepping in to help, sharing his knowledge, or just bringing a steady presence to the team, he made a difference in ways that won’t be easy to replace.

Over the 33+ years, he’s built more than just a career—he’s built relationships, trust and a reputation for doing things the right way. That says a lot about the kind of man he is.

While it’s hard to see him go, we’re proud of him and excited for what’s ahead. Retirement is well deserved, and we hope it’s filled with plenty of time for family, rest and doing the things he enjoys most.

Nicky, thank you for everything you’ve given over the years. You’ve left your mark and you won’t be forgotten.

Enjoy retirement—you’ve earned every bit of it.
