With the summer months upon us, please remember to check the backseat every time you exit your vehicle. It only takes a minute for a vehicle to start heating up. Do whatever it takes to remember. I can get you a rearview mirror hanger to serve as a reminder to check the backseat or simply put a note on your dashboard.

If you know of anyone who needs a welfare check during the upcoming winter storm please reach out to the sheriff's office at 731-253-7791. We want to keep everyone off the roads as much as possible, but still check on each other as we get through the upcoming days. As always, in the event of an emergency please call 911.

Winter weather is on the way, and now’s a good time to check on your neighbors - especially older adults, people with disabilities, or anyone who may need a little extra help. A quick call or knock can make sure everyone knows what’s coming and has what they need to stay safe.
