First Week of S.W.A.G After School!

We celebrated the end of National Wellness Month. Students learned about 4 areas of wellness: moving our bodies, eating and drinking healthy, resting and recharging, and friendships. Wellness is not only taking care of our bodies but taking care of our brains too!

We practiced affirmations by "filling our buckets" with positive statements and colored bookmarks representing each wellness topic! 💧🏃‍♀️💗😌
