Hickory Township Spring Clean-Up Days.

The Annual spring clean-up days for Hickory Township property owners only are scheduled for Friday, May 17 th and Saturday, May 18th , 2024, from 9 AM to 6 PM. The dumpsters will be placed at the township garage, located on Route 666 in Endeavor.

The township workers will not accept burnable items, liquid paints, or hazardous materials. Freon must be removed from appliances. Excessive loads of old building materials will be rejected. Automotive type batteries will be accepted.

Proof of being a township property owner would be your real estate tax notice from the tax collector, Cindy Crytzer.

Electronics WILL NOT be accepted. Tires will be accepted with a fee of $2.50 per tire up to 19 inches in diameter. Over 19 inches the fee is $5.00 per tire. Tires must be dismounted from the rims.

In order to help defray the ever-increasing expenses incurred by the township for clean-up, a fee of at least $5 five dollars per vehicle load is required (Seniors 65 and older free). Checks can be made payable to Hickory Township.

Please stop by Pizza Joe’s in Tionesta on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 to sign petitions for Republican Candidates who are running in the 2024 election. Each candidate must have a minimum number of people sign a petition in order to be eligible to be added to the ballot for the 2024 election.

Marty Taughner will be at Pizza Joe’s in Tionesta on Tuesday, January 30th, 2024 from 11 am to 7 pm to collect signatures. Signers must be Forest County Republicans. Please be proactive and stop by to see Marty on Tuesday as this is an opportunity to let your voice be heard!

Kathy Rapp, State House of Representatives
Dave Sunday, PA Attorney General

Kathy Rapp PA Representative for the 65th Legislative District AND Scott Hutchinson, PA Senator for the 21st Senatorial District, will be coming to Forest County for a Town Hall meeting with residents and local elected officials. They will be at the Barnett Township Building, 2301 Belltown Road, Clarington, PA 15828 on August 28, 2023 from 6 - 7:30 PM.

This is a great opportunity to make a difference and share your concerns with our elected officials. If they don't know you have a problem, they can't try to fix it!

The Barnett Twp building is large, everyone is welcome! See you there!!
