Today, on World Su***de Prevention Day, we’re reminded of the power of connection, compassion, and simply being there for one another. 💙

A conversation, a check-in, or a willingness to listen can mean more than we may ever know. If someone in your life is struggling, remind them that they don’t have to face it alone. And if you’re the one struggling, reaching out for support is always an option.

You matter. Your story matters. There is hope, and there is help.

If you or someone you know needs immediate emotional support, call or text 988 to connect with the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Together, we can help create a community where asking for help is met with compassion, understanding, and support.

This Labor Day, here’s a reminder we could all use: rest is not a reward. 💙

It can be easy to feel like rest has to be earned, that there’s always one more task to finish, one more email to answer, or one more thing to accomplish before we’re allowed to slow down.

But taking care of your mental health isn’t something that should only happen once everything else is done.

Give yourself permission to rest without guilt. Ask for help when you need it. Celebrate the small wins, even when they don’t feel particularly big.

Your worth is not measured by how productive you are. Rest is part of caring for yourself, too.

Wishing our community a restful and restorative Labor Day. 🧡💙

Not every victory looks big.

Some days, getting out of bed is the win. Drinking enough water is the win. Sending that text, taking a walk, or asking for help is the win.

Progress isn't always measured by huge milestones. More often, it's built through small moments of choosing to care for yourself.

Today, celebrate whatever win you've had, even if it feels small. It still counts. 💙

September is Su***de Prevention Month. 💜

Every conversation matters. Every act of kindness matters. Every reminder that someone isn't alone matters.

If you or someone you care about is struggling, know that help is available and hope is real. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Together, we can help break the stigma around mental health by listening without judgment, checking in on one another, and reminding people that they matter.

If you're in crisis or need someone to talk to, call or text 988 anytime to connect with the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline, or visit 988lifeline.org.

Let's continue creating a community where asking for help is encouraged, compassion comes first, and no one has to face life's challenges alone. 💙

Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and it doesn't look the same for everyone.

Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a chapter of life, or simply the life you thought you'd have, your feelings are real and they deserve space.

On National Grief Awareness Day, we want to remind you that healing isn't about "moving on." It's about learning to carry love and loss together, one day at a time.

If today feels especially difficult, know this: you don't have to face it alone. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, and there are people who care.

💙 Be gentle with yourself today. And if someone you know is grieving, a simple check-in can mean more than you realize.
