Embarrass River Lions Rummage Sale June 3 & 4 at Morris Town Hall, 1/4 mile south of HWY 29 on Cty Rd J, intersection of Cty Rd J and Berg Road.
Lots of clothes, coats, shoes/boots/slippers, kitchenware, knickknacks, bedding, crochet/knit items, Christmas items, books, and furniture. Something for everyone!
We will also be serving sandwiches, soup, and baked goods.
Our rummage sale coordinates with the Tigerton Village-wide Rummage Sales.

We know many people have enjoyed this event, but we are just not able to do it this year.

Here's a way you can help...

Want to help out Tigerton Fire Dept?!? Just save your receipts from Econo Foods. TFD is enrolled is the Econo Cares Program, we collect receipts and then return them to Econo and they will donate back to us.

Please send your receipts to any local firefighters or place in the drop box outside of the community center - its that easy!

All club meetings are still canceled until further notice. We will publicize on Facebook any event we may hold this year. It's still too early to decide when it may be safe to hold our regular events.

This COVID virus has certainly created difficulties for everyone. Many people may be having difficulties handling the isolation. Please check on your family members, neighbors, friends...and anyone who is alone. Let's not let this virus get the better of us. Please urge people to see their doctor if they are feeling overly blue, sad, depressed.

In light of the COVID pandemic, we regret to say that our public events for this year have been cancelled, at least through October. What about the Children's Christmas Party? If things change, and it is deemed safe, AND we, the Embarrass River Lions, also think it is safe, then it might be a possibility. We continue to give gas cards to those with cancer treatments, and donate to local food pantries. It is a difficult year for everyone, and we wish you the very best, in health as well as everything else.

Due to the "Safer at Home" order, and in the interest of keeping our Lions members healthy so we can continue helping our community, the Embarrass River Lions Club meeting scheduled for April 7 has been canceled.

Due to the current Co Vid 19 pandemic, our Easter Egg Hunt (April 5) has been canceled. Please watch for notifications on the Wild Game Feast (May 9) and the Fish Fry Benefit for the Fire Department (June 13). These events are currently going to be held as planned, but that may change, depending on pandemic conditions. While all these events benefit the community, they are not worth risking the health of even one community member.
