🔥 A tough reminder of how quickly things can escalate.

In just the past two days (April 18–19), Georgia saw:
➡️ 52 wildfires
➡️ 3,055 acres burned

With drought conditions worsening across the state and no meaningful rainfall in sight, it doesn’t take much for a spark to turn into a wildfire—and for that fire to spread fast.

Right now, prevention is critical.
✔️ Avoid parking or driving on dry grass
✔️ Use outdoor equipment carefully
✔️ Never leave fire unattended
✔️ Follow all burn restrictions and guidance

These numbers aren’t just statistics—they’re a reminder that wildfire risk is high, and it’s something we all play a role in.

One Less Spark = One Less Wildfire

Fighting fire. Protecting forests. Serving Georgia.
