Friends and Neighbors of Thomaston,

As we head into Election Day tomorrow, I want to take a moment to share a final message with you.

First, thank you. The encouragement, prayers, and support I’ve received throughout this campaign mean more than words can express. Running for mayor is not something I take lightly, and I am humbled by the kindness and conversations I’ve had along the way.

Second, please remember to vote. Whether you choose me or not, your voice matters. A strong voter turnout is a sign of a healthy, engaged community, and Thomaston deserves that.

Third, integrity, vision, and service are the qualities that guide me—not only in this campaign but in every aspect of my life. These are the pillars of strong leadership and the values I promise to uphold if elected.

Now, I know my opponent has pointed to his experience. But the truth is, during his last time in office, he resigned after three years, leaving the town with debt and unfulfilled obligations. My promise is simple: I will not put Thomaston under any undue financial strain. I will be open, transparent, and upfront about our challenges and our progress.

I want to build on what we have and make it better. And I want to be clear: there is no racial divide in Thomaston. Every resident—no matter who you are—will be treated fairly, equally, and with respect. Everyone’s voice will be heard.

I cannot promise there won’t be challenges. But I can promise that I will work diligently every day to address the needs of our community and keep you informed.

Together, we are stronger. Together, we are better.

Let’s make tomorrow a day Thomaston moves forward—side by side.

Public Announcement

Through the vine, I heard that current employees fear their jobs are in jeopardy if I am elected. This is certainly not the case. I am a person of reason. I know that the town's current employees are the backbone of the infrastructure that is in place. So, why would I want to start over from ground zero? I have a growth mentality. I plan to build from within. So, rest assured you will have job security if I am elected.

Residents of Thomaston,
I’ve had the privilege of answering thoughtful questions from Melanie Sanders, and now I’d like to open the conversation even wider.

👉 Do you have questions about my vision, my plans, or why I’m running for Mayor?
This platform is open to everyone—every voice matters, and I welcome the opportunity to hear from you.

Let’s talk about the future of our Thomaston—together.

Why am I running for Mayor of Thomaston?

This is not about politics—it’s about people. Our people.

Thomaston is my home. I was raised here. I live here. And now, I want to serve here.

I love the peace, the quiet, and the Southern charm that makes our town special. But the truth is—we are only surviving. We are not thriving.

We lack the infrastructure needed for long-term growth and sustainability.

Our young people often feel they have no reason to stay.
We need something that not only preserves our way of life, but also attracts new energy—new opportunities, new families, and new hope.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped rural communities across Alabama grow, secure funding, and build programs that work.
Now I ask: Why not bring that same passion and expertise back home—to help our town, our community, our people?

I believe in Thomaston. I believe in our potential. And I believe it’s time for leadership that listens, leadership that acts, and leadership that serves.

Join me on this journey to move Thomaston forward—together.
